Song Hock Koon

Song Hock Koon currently heads the MDeC eCommerce & DFTZ Division where he is responsible to galvanize eCommerce as a critical enabler to accelerate the growth of the Malaysian Digital Economy via the formulation and implementation of the National eCommerce Strategic Roadmap.

For the past 30 years, he worked in companies that serve the small and medium businesses (SMBs). Song graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Engineering from the University Malaya majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Micheal Graham

Mike has over 18 years global experience, specialising in commercial and technology strategy in digital services, mainly covering the media, telecoms and technology industries (TMT). Mike has focused on monetising opportunities across the revenue spectrum, from creating measurable multi-screen advertising opportunities, to defend against the threat from OTT providers and capture the opportunity from the Telecom and Media industries’ pivot to digital and mobile ‘only’.

Mike has spent the last 5 years throughout Asia working with multiple platforms, broadcasters, content producers and telecoms operators as they develop their sustainable digital presence.

Zaiwin Kassim an entrepreneur, innovator & a collaboration strategist. CEO of Pro Auto Care Centre Sdn Bhd an automotive hospital in Kuching, Sarawak and the Chairman of Koperasi Belia Inovatif Sarawak Berhad a state cooperative organization focusing on youth development in the areas of innovation, skills and entrepreneurship.

Zed Li

Zed holds responsibilities for building capabilities and business performance across both the Business Development as well as Marketing divisions as Head of Business in Shopee. Over the past 3 years, Zed built Shopee into Malaysia’s largest platform for Health & Beauty, Fashion and Cross Border Trading. On the Marketing front, he structured Campaigns to become more aligned with Commercial, while also established the CRM and Marketing Intelligence capabilities.

Prior to Shopee, Zed was a Digital Strategist and Technologist with Accenture Interactive, based out of Singapore. He helps organizations understand the impact of Digital and how to harness both the technology and the changing landscape for their businesses.

Nowrid Amin

Kazi Nowrid Amin was named as one of “Top 100 inspirational LinkedIn icons in Malaysia (2019) to follow” by Marketing In Asia magazine. He is a passionate Digital Marketer with 8+ years Job experience. Currently he is working at Malaysia with IQI Global (Real Estate Agency) as Digital Marketing Strategist since December 2016.

Eddy Han

Eddy Han is well known for his track record in business-building, revenue generation and growth hacking. Prior to Shopback, he held several top management roles at Digi, Maybank, Zomato and Lowyat MSC.

Bringing over 20 years of professional experience, Eddy is now helming ShopBack Malaysia as the Country General Manager, taking care of business performance in all aspects with local and APAC teams to solidify and steer ShopBack to its next phase of growth.

Fauzi Che Rus

Fauzi’s successful experience and skills in helping company business turnaround and compete in difficult market condition through programs that aligned people to the organizations’ goals have been proven valuable to organizations that want to continuously improve in order to compete with the best in the world.

His last role was providing leadership in Finance, Human Resource, Admin, Procurement, Information Technology, and Customer Service at Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD). He was the Group Human Resource Director for Proton Holdings Berhad. He has also spent many years as Asia Region Senior Director of Human Resource for Western Digital Corporation in 2001. His other leadership roles in successful multinationals include Thomson, Carrier International and PepsiCo.

Clarence Leong

Clarence Leong a serial entrepreneur graduated from University of Wales, Swansea in the UK with a Master’s Degree in Material Science Aerospace in the year 2005. Upon his return to Malaysia, Clarence started Daily Deals business (Groupon alike) and EziVoucher.

During his 2-year entrepreneurial journey, Clarence understood that e-Commerce works hand in hand with courier partners spotting another golden opportunity, he started EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and e-Commerce shipping solutions provider. Fadhil Isa

Fadhil Bin Mohamad Isa started his journey with a strong background in training and self- development as a Coach and Head Trainer for Character Building in the National Service from 2006 to 2008. He then pursued his dream to appear in Television and started as a sports newsreader with Bernama TV

He ventured into various careers and currently pursuing as content creator and Youtuber. As part of Youtubers, Fadhil dedicates a portion of his time every week to discover business opportunity, involved in event, sports car club and meetup with drivers. He utilised his Youtube Channel to as content provider and marketing tools.
